Acute Myeloid Leukemia in a Geriatric Patient with a History of Minimal Change Disease

Background: The increase in the incidence of malignancies globally, and usage frequency types new anti-cancer drugs, have made onconephrology more important our clinical practice. Paraneoplastic glomerulonephritis constitutes an part this approach as well. Purpose: association AML-nephrotic syndrome is relatively less defined literature compared to other hematological malignancies. Case presentation: In article, we present a case acute myelocytic leukemia patient who was diagnosed with minimal change disease many years ago. Discussion Conclusion: Hematological malignancies-MCD association, one best described examples paraneoplastic glomerulonephritis. We know that cancer can be clinically after detection renal case; rationality follow-up, not only during diagnosis but also periodically long term, especially situations such MCD occur geriatric patients, should discussed.
